The workshop is planned by Saudi Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in cooperation with the Association of Quran Memorization Center.
Uthman bin Mohammad Al-Seddiqi, general director of the office said the program will be held with the aim of developing comprehension of the meanings and concepts of the holy Quran, strengthening the relation of students of Quranic courses with the Divine Book, promoting the application of Quranic principles through teaching the Quran in various levels and spreading Quranic morality.
“A number of scholars and experts in Quranic sciences and representatives of Quran memorization centers in different regions of the country will take part at the workshop,” he added.
“Giving priority to contemplating the Quran”, “principles of contemplating the Quran” and “suggested methods for contemplating the Quran” will be the themes of the workshop.
